OpenMeetings 3.3.0 released

Version 3.3.0 includes new features, bug fixes and security fixes.

Enhancements around:

  • Room is displayed without overlap in IE
  • Multiple display issues
  • Wb room element can now be hidden

Security fixes:
  • Chat
  • All requests via security headers
  • More secure password processing rules and storage
  • More strict rules for uploaded files
  • SQL injection in web services

CVE reports have been submitted and addressed, complete list see changelog.

Since 3.3 from 3.2.1 I can no longer upload files. I just get and error, the log files do not give me any info except a vague line about the file not existing.

I have installed OpenMeetings 3.2.1 on linux 16.04LTS host As a dev plateform I have install on a VM a Linux 16.04LTS with OpenMeetings 3.3.0 I stop red5-ubdeb2 I did a dump database from OpenMeetings 3.2.1 On OpenMeetings 3.3.0 I stop red5-ubdeb2 I did a mysql -u root -p mydatabase < dumpdatabase I start red5-ubdeb2 When I try to login it failed with OpenMeetings error Retour Home
