The Apache® Software Foundation Welcomes its Global Community Online at ApacheCon@Home

Virtual edition of the Apache official global conference series features 170+ sessions, and keynotes by luminaries from DataStax, IBM, Imply, Instaclustr, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Labs, Red Hat, Tetrate, Two Sigma, and VMWare.

Wakefield, MA —21 September 2020— The Apache® Software Foundation (ASF), the all-volunteer developers, stewards, and incubators of more than 350 Open Source projects and initiatives, announced keynotes, sponsors, and program for ApacheCon@Home, the new virtual conference taking place 29 September - 1 October 2020. ApacheCon is the ASF's official global conference series, first held in 1998. ApacheCon draws attendees from more than 130 countries to experience "Tomorrow's Technology Today" independent of business interests, corporate biases, or sales pitches.

The ApacheCon program showcases the latest breakthroughs from dozens of Apache projects, with content selected entirely by Apache projects and their communities. Participants at all levels will learn about Apache project innovations in categories that include:

The Apache® Software Foundation Announces Program for ApacheCon™ Europe

Official Global Conference Series heralds "Tomorrow's Technology Today" with keynotes by European Commission Director of Digital Business Solutions Thomas Gageik, Mastercard Executive Vice President for Global Cities Miguel Gamiño, and Political Analyst and Writer Nanjala Nyabola

Wakefield, MA —11 July 2019— The Apache® Software Foundation (ASF), the all-volunteer developers, stewards, and incubators of more than 350 Open Source projects and initiatives, announced today the event program for the European edition of ApacheCon™, the ASF's official global conference series. ApacheCon Europe will take place 22-24 October 2019 at the Kulturbrauerei in Berlin, Germany.

ApacheCon draws attendees from more than 60 countries to experience "Tomorrow's Technology Today" by showcasing key Open Source technologies independent of business interests, corporate biases, or sales pitches. 

ApacheCon content is selected entirely by Apache projects and their communities, enabling participants at all levels to learn about the latest innovations in dozens of categories. Keynotes and Program Announced for ApacheCon and CloudStack Collaboration Conference Europe

Hugh Howey, best selling author, joins community leaders from Cloud Foundry, HP, Linux Foundation and Red Hat, among others, in more than 250 keynotes, sessions & tutorials

SAN FRANCISCO, September 23, 2014 – The Linux Foundation, the nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of Linux and collaborative development, announced today the keynote speakers and program agenda for ApacheCon and the CloudStack Collaboration Conference Europe. ApacheCon takes place November 17-­21, 2014 in Budapest, Hungary. CloudStack Collaboration Conference takes place November 19-­21, 2014 in the same location.

ApacheCon Europe sessions will cover some of today's hottest open source projects, including Apache projects Cassandra, Cordova, CloudStack, CouchDB, Geronimo, Hadoop, Hive, HTTP Server, Lucene, OpenOffice, Struts, Subversion and Tomcat, among others.
